Three months of access to a selection of videos which are all suitable for general post-natal fitness PLUS any two online live zoom classes, in your 3 month access period. Some of the on-demand content is specific to the post-natal body, and others are more general but suit the needs of your body when you are recovering from birth. Please wait at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 12 weeks after a cesarean birth, before you start any form of exercise regime. I thoroughly recommend a 1-2-1 with a specialist (Mummy MOT, Women's Physio, PT, my own post-natal consultation) before you start exercise again. And remember - there is no rush. Take your time. This is a new, empowered body which has borne a child. Fitness may be different to before, and it will take time to learn how your new body works. But it is so worth the journey and investment in yourself!
