Junior Rugby Strength & Conditioning

Rugby Strength & Conditioning for Junior Athletes aged 13-17.

10 week course designed to develop the basics of barbell lifting, body weight strength and gym skills important to building a strong foundation for rugby.

Parking is limited but 2 hours free parking at the retail park is available.

Sessions will take place at 7pm - 8pm each week for 10 weeks. Due to the format of the course, we are unable to accept late registrations. With that in mind, we ask that you book no later than the 12th of May. We invite any attendees, parents or coaches to an Introduction Presentation on the 13th May at 12:30. The presentation will take place at Powering Through Performance Center, Unit 8 Eckersley Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SL
