REV Fitness Academy LTD | Membership Agreement
I hereby agree to enrol in the 30-Day REV/FIT Experience Voucher provided by Rev Fitness Academy Ltd ("REV/FIT"), paying a one-time fee of £20 (normal value £200). I understand that this is a one-off promotional offer, available by invitation only, and grants access to the full REV/FIT experience for a period of 30 days.
As part of the programme, I understand that I will receive ongoing coaching and support throughout my 30-day experience. At the end of the programme, I agree to attend a review session with Liam to discuss my experience, the progress I have made, and the options available should I wish to continue training at REV/FIT.
I acknowledge that by committing to this programme I am making a commitment to the full 30-day experience and therefore the £20 fee is non-refundable. Programmes cannot be paused, frozen, or extended for holidays, injury, illness, or any other reason.
Regarding session scheduling and cancellations, I understand that group sessions operate at set times. Should I need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, I agree to provide at least 1-hour notice.
I acknowledge that my participation in training is also subject to the separate REV/FIT Exercise Waiver which I have read, understood, and agreed to.
By signing up for this programme, I commit to attending a minimum of 3 sessions per week at the facility, diligently following all advice given, promptly responding to support messages, and actively collaborating with the REV/FIT team to address any challenges I encounter, particularly in relation to accountability and attendance. REV/FIT prides itself on helping members achieve excellent results; however, I acknowledge that no specific results are guaranteed and that my progress ultimately depends on my own commitment to the programme.
I understand that this agreement relates solely to the 30-Day REV/FIT Experience Voucher and will automatically end upon completion of the 30-day term. It will not continue into any paid membership unless I choose to enrol under a separate REV/FIT membership agreement.
REV/FIT reserves the right to amend class timetables, coaches, programming, opening hours and facilities where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not affect the validity of this agreement.
Furthermore, I agree that the REV/FIT team is a supportive group, and I will communicate openly with them should any concerns or worries arise during my time at REV/FIT, with the aim of contributing to the continual improvement of their services.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement and the accompanying REV/FIT Exercise Waiver.
