New Starters - Juniors
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 12 weeks.
We pride ourselves on building good athletes here at Chaos.



We want our junior athletes to get off to the best possible start which is why we have started this course. The course is a small group (no more than 4 participants per session) to make sure everyone gets the amount of coaching needed to hit the ground running.



During the 6 sessions we will cover...

All the major lifting techniques

How to use and adjust all the equipment safely

How to act in a gym environment

Using and filling out our app

Initial performance based testing to monitor progress and offer feedback



After completing the 6 sessions we will then make a decision whether the athlete is ready to go on to our membership or if they have to complete the course again. This is solely up to the coach leading the sessions and their decision is final. The gym is a dangerous place if not treated with respect and we have to look after the safety of all the athletes in our space.

Once you have registered for your first session the athlete must attend 6 sessions within a 12 week period to pass the course. If not they will be expected to try again.

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on event(s)/class(es) offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
