A men's only training session! This will be run on a 6 week block every Monday night from 7.30 - 8.30pm.

We have spoken about this for quite a while and it's something we've always wanted to do, we just aren't sure if there will be a call for it or not. But we want to try.
This will be a place where ego's are checked are the door and you are expected to come in, learn, work hard and support each other. We want to build an environment where it is impossible to fail!
