This membership bills on 1st of every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period.

You will have access to nine total sessions per calendar month, to be used within that month. Any unused sessions will unfortunately be forfeited.

You are not 'contracted' into training, although Tucker Fitness Company does ask for one calendar month of notice should you wish to stop training for any reason, at the discretion of Tucker Fitness Company. This includes asking to pause your membership.

Tucker Fitness Company has the right to refuse any coaching until all payments are made and up to date.

Just like you, it’s important for our coaches (Jamie) to have holiday and rest in order to continue coaching at the top of their game. To ensure this, and due to payment being charged over a monthly period rather than four weekly, equating to an extra four weeks over a year, this will entitle your coach to up to one week of holiday per quarter, without adjustment. This means that the extra session you gain every month (nine instead of eight) will essentially be claimed back during that week.

Like all businesses, there will be times when we need to increase our cost, meaning your membership cost may increase by a small amount year on year. This will only ever happen on 1st April.

It's important to us that you continue to benefit as much as possible from our service, and therefore, things are monitored regularly to ensure this remains the case.
