Yoga is a practise that helps improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Working through a series of postures, you will be guided to mindfully connect with your body to feel stretched, stronger and release any tension you are holding. Combined with breathwork practices, this is a class that brings you back to yourself, leaving you feeling more energised and grounded. Suitable for all levels this class is accessible to everyone and all body types, as the teacher can adapt and change for, experience, issues, injury or restrictions.
