Autumn is a magical time of the year, brightly coloured leaves & crisp cool air. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) autumn is the season to focus on your lungs. Your lungs are responsible for maintaining a strong Defensive Qi (energy) called Wei Qi. Boosting your Wei Qi will boost your immune system and it will help you to prevent the invasion of pathogenic factors that can cause colds and flu. When lung energy is out of balance, the body is more open to the attack of pathogens.

Join Lynnette in this workshop to learn how to balance your lung energy using a variety of TCM techniques, Qi Gong and yin yoga. 

If you have never tried Yin Yoga, it is a very gentle and slow practice. We hold our shapes for longer periods of time so that we can go inwards and have the chance to let  go of tension. This will benefit the connective tissue of your body and balance the energy lines of your body called meridians. In this workshop we will focus on the lung meridian.
