Introduction to Pilates - 4 Week Course

Our Introduction to Pilates course is perfect for anyone new to Pilates, returning to class following an injury or anyone wanting to spend time on the fundamental skills. 

The course is a great place to learn the basic movements and breathing patterns of Pilates and for teaching you how to engage  the muscles needed for a strong, reflexive core.

Booking terms and conditions:

Full payment is required at registration. Should you need to cancel your booking our policy is:
- More than 14 days before the start of a course or workshop, full cost minus 10% cancellation fee refunded.
- Less than 14 days before the start, a 50% cancellation fee or transfer to another course, workshop or event to the same value (valid for only one transfer and for use within six months).
- Less than 48 hours notice we regret that we are unable to offer any refund or transfer.

akarmalife studios reserves the right to cancel a course or workshop due to insufficient numbers. In this instance we will provide a full refund.

*You must purchase a monthly membership by 28 February. There is a minimum three month commitment for monthly memberships, after which time you can cancel with 21 days notice before the next payment is due. Open to new memberships only. Current members do not need to pay a separate fee for the course, simply book into the classes running alongside the workshop via the member booking app.
