Kids Online Yoga

Children are natural yogis and love to explore different postures and body movement.

These sessions include:
* Fun and interesting yoga activities, perfect for growing bodies
* Introduction to meditation and breathing practices to help little ones start to process feelings and emotions.

Practices that can help to increase focus and attention, self-confidence and bring a sense of calm, allowing children the space to relax and explore growing bodies and minds.

Choose which age group you feel is most appropriate for your child/children. You only need to book and pay for one child. As many children as there are in the household can take part. The weekly session is recorded and is made available for you to use over that week as many times you would like. If you can’t make a session, or want to try the other age group, you can book out of that weekly session and book into the other.

£20 for all five weeks or £5/session.
