Anatomy and Movement Part 2

Looking at the spine as an engine, the pelvis, back pain, the pelvic floor, anatomical variations, compression vs tensility, tensegrity, communication, firing patterns and pain. This workshops serves as a standalone or can be viewed as an extension to the previous workshop. Again, a tour de force of the body system we inhabit as well as how we move or don't move.
