Manage Stress & Build Resilience

Stress is a natural and healthy response to potential threats, essential to keep you safe. But when faced with daily demands and pressures, stress can get out of control, affecting your ability to cope, your relationships and your health.

In this half day workshop you will begin to take back control. Through understanding the stress response, the impact on the body mind and simple techniques that change how your nervous system responds to stress you can build resilience and increase your sense of calm and wellbeing.

You'll start to identify your stress triggers, which can help you to consciously choose your response in the moment. And get really clear on what your personal values are, so you can identify when you feel stress because someone has stepped on them.
