Introduction to Tai Chi Part 2 - Forms and Martial Application

Continuing on from Part 1, you will learn about the martial application (dynamic Yang aspect) behind this seemingly soft (Yin) practise. Tai Chi seems like one kind of practise to most people yet when applied in this way is actually something very different. There is no sparring or fighting. Depending on the group and time, we will do pushing hands sensitivity training in the last 2 weeks. This is a rare opportunity to experience the art of Tai Chi in its wholeness.

Part 2 is a stand alone course that can be booked without having attended Part 1. However, as our teaching is a layered approach, the first part will give you a solid foundation for exploring the martial application.

The cost is £60 for the five week course.
