Rocket Workshop

Rocket yoga is widely recognised as a practice that offers a full-body workout whilst also clearing the mind. Rocket sequences include postures that develop strength, balance, and flexibility, all whilst staying grounded. 

This workshop will be based on Rocket 1; which will include seeking to extract greater benefit from the more familiar postures, as well as breaking down the more challenging postures to gain confidence. This workshop is for those already practicing Rocket as well as those with previous yoga experience who have not yet embarked on the Rocket journey!
