Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) package with enHANce Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Session Bookings
Members must book into sessions in advance via the TeamUp or Boxmate booking system.
Sessions are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Packages are non refundable and non transferrable once purchased
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a booked session.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed entirely will be forfeited and not rolled over. The session credit will be lost.
3. Freezing & Pausing Memberships/Packages
Memberships/packages cannot be paused. You must provide 28 days notice to terminate your membership and then rejoin in the future on the current rate.
4. Health & Safety
Members are responsible for informing coaches of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health.
enHANce Coaching is not liable for any injuries sustained due to misinformation or lack of disclosure.
You train at your own risk and agree to follow coaching guidance and studio policies at all times.
5. Code of Conduct
enHANce Coaching is a supportive, inclusive, and empowering space. Any behaviour that disrupts this environment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
