This membership gives you access to 4 small-group personal training sessions per month, with flexible booking across the timetable. Sessions are capped at 6 people, so you’ll still get plenty of coaching attention while building consistency at your own pace.

8 session credits per month (used across the month however you wish)

Perfect for training around twice per week.
Includes 8 session credits per month that can be used across any available sessions. You’ll benefit from personalised coaching in small groups, flexible scheduling, and the supportive Enhance Coaching community.

Best suited for regular, consistent strength training.
This option is ideal if you’re focused on building strength, confidence and momentum while still keeping flexibility in your schedule.
