This first session is a gentle and supportive assessment for a small private group of three.
It allows each person to be seen as an individual, while still enjoying the experience of learning and progressing together.
During this session we will:
• Talk through each person’s movement history, symptoms and goals
• Observe posture, balance and natural movement patterns individually
• Complete a simple walking and foot-to-core movement analysis for each person
• Use photos or short video clips (optional) to support deeper understanding and progress tracking
• Begin to identify the areas where each body will benefit from focused support
This session is steady, calm and comfortable — there is no pressure to perform.
We simply begin where your bodies are today.
After the session, Wendy will take time privately to:
• Review each person’s movement patterns in detail
• Identify your individual support needs
• Create personalised movement plans that feel safe, achievable and effective
• Prepare your first set of gentle strengthening and grounding movements
Your tailored work begins in Session 2, where we will introduce movement gradually and with confidence.
