This first session is a gentle and supportive assessment for two people attending together.
It is calm, steady and focused on understanding how each of your bodies move, individually and in relation to balance and strength.
During this session we will:
• Discuss each person’s movement history, symptoms and goals
• Observe posture and natural movement patterns
• Complete a simple walking and foot-to-core movement analysis for each person
• Use photos or short video clips (optional) to help guide your personalised plans
• Begin identifying the support each body needs to move with more ease, strength and balance
This session is not about “working hard” — it is about listening, observing and understanding.
There is no pressure. We move gently and at your pace.
After the session, Wendy will take time to:
• Review both movement patterns in depth
• Map each person’s key focus areas
• Create personalised movement plans for both of you
Your tailored programmes begin in Session 2, where you will be guided through supportive strengthening and grounding movements designed for your individual needs.
