This first session is a gentle and supportive assessment to help us understand how your body moves and what it needs to feel stronger, steadier and more at ease.
During this session we will:
• Talk through your movement history, symptoms and goals
• Observe posture, balance and natural movement patterns
• Complete a simple walking and movement analysis
• Take photos or short videos (optional) to help track progress and guide your personalised plan
• Identify the key support your body will benefit from
This session is calm and unhurried, with plenty of time to ask questions.
There is no pressure to ‘perform’ — we begin gently, at your pace.
After the session, Wendy will take time to review your movement patterns in depth and create a personalised programme for you.
Your tailored movement work will begin in Session 2, where you’ll be guided through supportive strengthening and grounding movements designed for your unique needs.
