Terms and Conditions
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Events may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. The deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
