*CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
**Cancellation Policy (12-Hour Notice):
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class start time will return the credit to your account for future use. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the credit being forfeited.

**Late Arrival Policy (5-Minute Grace):
We have a strict 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, please do NOT enter the class. This is to maintain the class flow, respect the experience of all participants, and for your own safety, as you would have missed part of the warm-up. In such cases, the credit will still be deducted.
