Terms and Conditions
This credit allows you to book any class from our schedule of your choice (with the exception of Hoop'Ography). It’s ideal for those who prefer flexibility and do not wish to commit to a full package or membership. The credit is valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
Cancellation Policy (12-Hour Notice):
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class start time will return the credit to your account for future use. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the credit being forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy (5-Minute Grace):
We have a strict 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, please do not enter the class. This is to maintain the class flow, respect the experience of all participants, and for your own safety, as you would have missed part of the warm-up. In such cases, the credit will still be deducted.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
No refunds.
No extensions will be granted if the credit is not used within its validity period.
This credit is non-transferable.
