Back to Running Course in Sevenoaks with SLJ – Start Running Today!


Looking to start your running journey back to regular running - even if you are slow? 
 

Our 8-week Back To Running Course in Sevenoaks is designed for women who are new to running or returning after a break. Led by SLJ’s experienced coaches, who have been helping women run for over 25 years, this supportive course will take you from running just 30 seconds at a time to confidently completing a 5km run. 

We meet every Friday morning at 9:15am outside the café at Hollybush Park, a perfect location with plenty of parking, clean toilets, and a great spot for post-run coffee. 

Our runs take place in the beautiful, traffic-free Knole Park, offering stunning scenery and wildlife.
