In just over an hour, our course will have you covered from start to finish. 

We'll kick things off with a quick warm-up, followed by the perfect 'run/walk' routine, and a relaxing cool-down with stretching exercises. It's time to seize the moment and allow us to provide you with that much-needed nudge to reignite your passion for running.
