Strong Mam Club sessions are 45-minute, child-friendly fitness classes designed to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more like you again.
Whether you’re pushing a buggy, carrying a toddler, or running on caffeine and cuddles — this session is for you. Expect a mix of strength-based exercises, functional movement, and low-impact cardio, with plenty of options to suit all fitness levels.
Babies and toddlers are welcome to come along — no need for childcare. We finish every class with a hot drink and a chat, because community and connection matter just as much as the workout.

Our small group sessions are designed specifically for women -maximum six per session so you get real coaching, proper guidance and a supportive space where you are never just a face in a crowd.
Whether you need to strength training or getting back into exercise, every session is tailored to where you're at right now. No intimidating or overwhelming gym floors, no guesswork - just consistent, coached training that works with your body, not against it.
As a founding member you'll look in your rate of £99 per month for two sessions a week. This price will not be available after lunch.
