Looking for a more personalized way to learn the fundamentals of strength training? Our Learn to Lift Personal Training Package is designed for anyone who wants extra guidance and confidence before joining classes or beginning personal training.

3 Private Training Sessions (1:1) with a certified Kinesiologist or Strength Coach

We’ll cover the entire Learn to Lift repertoire in a private setting: squats, deadlifts, pressing, pulling, hip hinging, and core work, progressing you from bodyweight to barbell. 

Each session is tailored to your pace and comfort level, ensuring you master the techniques safely and effectively.

Terms and Conditions

Sweatworking Terms and Conditions Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) contain legal obligations and form a legally binding agreement between you and 13997910 Canada Inc. operating under the business name Sweatworking Collective (“Sweatworking Collective”, “us”, or “we”). Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies and obligations, including, but not limited to, various limitations and exclusions on damages you may claim against us and indemnification obligations you owe to us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. If you are under 19 years of age, you must obtain your parent or legal guardian’s consent prior to using our Services.

This membership entitles the purchaser to 3 Personal Training Classes in 30 days. One off classes/events may be excluded from this membership.

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: The Client acknowledges and understands that engaging in physical fitness activities, including personal training sessions, involves inherent risks of injury or death. The Client assumes full responsibility for any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in the fitness program provided by Sweatworking Collective. Prior to participating in any Sweatworking Collective Service, the Client must complete a Sweatworking Collective Liability Waiver. The Client hereby releases Sweatworking Collective, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages arising from participation in the fitness program.

2. Cancellation Policy: The Client agrees to provide a minimum of 48-hours' notice for a personal training session. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being charged as if attended.

3. Payment Authorization: Payments can be made manually by the Client or in cash, but a valid credit card must be kept on file with Sweatworking Collective. The credit card on file serves as a safety precaution and backup, ensuring a seamless payment process in the event manual or cash payments are not made on time. Clients will receive advance notification of scheduled payments, and any changes to the credit card information must be promptly communicated to Sweatworking Collective to avoid disruptions in service.

4. Termination of Services: Sweatworking Collective reserves the right to terminate or suspend personal training services for any Client who repeatedly fails to adhere to the cancellation policy, misses payments, or provides an invalid credit card for payment. In such cases, the Client will still be responsible for any outstanding fees.

5. Modifications to Agreement: Sweatworking Collective reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the fitness program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Sweatworking Collective service packages, workshops and events are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Sweatworking Collective reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
