Heart Flow

An evening uniquely designed to help you celebrate and cultivate self-love and appreciation in this season. As we honour the beauty of connection with ourselves and each other, you'll nurture both mind and body with a heart-opening yoga flow by Kristina, yoga teacher and coach at Sweatworking Collective, and a guided reflection and mini coaching session led by Becca, the ICF certified life coach behind Dawns & Tides.

Through yoga, guided meditation, coaching, reflective journal prompts, and optional group sharing (as you're comfortable), you'll explore what it means to truly appreciate yourself, meet yourself with kindness and celebration, and deepen the relationship you have with you. You'll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of what self-love and appreciation truly mean for you

  • Practical tools to support you in nurturing self-compassion, ones you can return to again and again

  • New insights into your own worthiness and strengths

  • A sense of connection with others celebrating themselves and each other

  • More warmth, confidence, and appreciation for who you are


    Please bring: 

  • Yoga mat

  • Journal and pen

  • An item that you feel reflects your most authentic self this may be a momento, photograph, or anything else that comes to mind.
