Vision & Flow: A New Year Intention Setting Experience

Join Kristina for an evening of yoga, goal setting, and vision crafting to welcome in the new year. We’ll start with a 50 minute yoga flow to reconnect your mind and body, opening up the inner space to set yourself some intentional and aligned goals for the upcoming year. You’ll be provided with some prompts to help this process along, and when you’re ready, you’ll turn that dream of 2026 into a vision board so that you have that beautiful visual as a reminder of the dream life you’ll be building throughout your year.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen. We will provide magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and poster paper for your vision boards but you can also choose to make your vision board in your journal next to your goals, or to bring your own images if you already have an idea of what you’d like on your board (for example, when I make my monthly vision board in my journal I find images from Pinterest, print, then cut them out). If you have any old magazines that you would like to donate to the event, that would be greatly appreciated!
