An Evening of Letting Go

An evening uniquely designed to help you release what’s been weighing on you in this season of slowing down, whether that’s something personal, or simply heaviness of the world. As the days shift and the season invites change, you’ll tend to both mind and body with a restorative yoga flow by Kristina, yoga teacher and coach at Sweatworking Collective, and a guided reflection led by Becca, the ICF certified life coach behind Dawns & Tides. 

Through yoga, guided meditation, coaching, reflective journal prompts, and optional group sharing (as you’re comfortable), you’ll explore what you’re carrying, meet it with curiosity and compassion, and create space to move forward.
You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of why letting go can feel so challenging 

  • Practical tools to support you in navigating what you’re ready to let go of, ones you can return to again and again 

  • New insights into yourself

  • A sense of connection with others navigating similar themes 

  • More lightness, clarity, and self-compassion

What to bring: yoga mat, journal, pen, favourite mug, comfort item such as a blanket, bolster, eye pillow etc.
