Our 4-week Learn to Lift course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of strength training in a fun, supportive, comfort zone-friendly environment. 

Whether you’re new to weightlifting or want to refresh your strength training regimen, we’ll equip you with the know-how and confidence required to lift weights safely and effectively

Your combined expertise as a kinesiologist, CEP, and athletic therapist means participants are learning from some of the best in the field.

For beginners, starting strength training can feel intimidating or overwhelming. Learn to Lift emphasizes safety and proper technique to build a solid foundation, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing gains. It’s not about rushing to lift heavier but progressing wisely.
