Our 4-week Learn to Lift course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of strength training in a fun, supportive, and friendly environment. 

Whether you’re new to weightlifting or want to refresh your strength training regimen, we’ll equip you with the know-how and confidence required to lift weights safely and effectively

Learn to Lift provides professional coaching from certified kinesiologists and trainers, ensuring that participants are guided by highly qualified professionals. Our combined expertise as kinesiologists, CEPs, personal trainers, and athletic therapists means participants are learning from some of the best in the field.

When you're starting out, strength training can feel intimidating or overwhelming. Learn to Lift emphasizes safety and proper technique to build a solid foundation, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing gains. It’s not about rushing to lift heavier but progressing wisely.

We cap our class sizes to 6 people. Offering a smaller class ensures that you will benefit from individualized feedback and tailored modifications, meeting you where you're at while challenging you appropriately.
