We start with 40 minutes of Pilates Reformer training focused on centering, control, and lower-body mobility —perfect preparation for the 45-minute run that follows. Each week we build endurance, working up to a 7K distance. This class is ideal for runners looking to improve form, prevent injury, and move with greater efficiency. Kyle Barrett will put you through your paces and set your day off to a great start.

This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
