6 Week Backbends with Leg Extensions Flex Course

Working towards 'foot to head' moves like Scorpion/Needlescale, Cocoon and Contortion Scorpio in Pole and Closed Single Leg Hocks in and Shoulder Stand Variations in Hoop

This 6 week course is designed to help you build flexibility, strength and confidence in your body and help you progress on your flexibility journey, meeting you wherever you're at. No prior fitness or flexibility experienced is needed to join this course but those who completed the Backbends or Splits courses will be able to build on and expand the knowledge and techniques learnt in those sessions.

Our instructor Lauren will guide you through every step and work with your own ability and way of learning. Lauren is highly experienced in stretching techniques and flexibility coaching, having completed both her Spin City Flexibility course and also Bendy Kate's Advanced Stretching Techniques Qualification, ensuring safe and effective guidance tailored to your individual ability and learning style. 

At the end of this course you'll be equipped with:
