Let their spirits fly! These unique classes blend evidence-based Occupational Therapy techniques with therapeutic aerial hammocks and yoga-inspired movements to foster your child's physical, social, and emotional development. Additionally, our unique approach incorporates Primitive Reflex Integration methods to strengthen motor learning and support sensory integration. The result is a happier, balanced child!

Participants will need to:
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first class
• Wear a fitted shirt that must covers shoulders, torso and underarms for safety and hygienic reasons
• We invert/go upside down, and suggest a t-shirt long enough to tuck into pants
• Absolutely NO ZIPPERS on clothing permitted
• Backs of knees must be covered (Jeans are not permitted in class) (dance tights/leggings recommended)
• Tie Long Hair Up (required)
• Remove all jewelry prior to class
• Not eat within an hour of class
• Bring Water
