Fit & Flex Aerial Conditioning

This high-energy Aerial Fitness & Flexibility class is designed to push your strength and muscle endurance to the max. You’ll move through circuits that alternate between aerial apparatuses and floor exercises, each designed to strengthen specific muscle groups and movement patterns that support your aerial growth.  

No aerial experience? No problem! From complete beginners to aerialists of all levels, this class is for anyone looking to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

7-Week Session
All classes start week of Sept. 3rd, 2025

7-Week Rate For Current FlyNash Students: $140
7-Week Rate For Non-FlyNash Students: $175
Drop In: $25

Participants will need to:
• Wear a fitted shirt that must covers shoulders, torso and underarms for safety and hygienic reasons
• We invert/go upside down, and suggest a t-shirt long enough to tuck into pants
• Absolutely NO ZIPPERS on clothing permitted
• Backs of knees must be covered (Jeans are not permitted in class) (dance tights/leggings recommended)
• Tie Long Hair Up (required)
• Remove all jewelry prior to class
• Not eat within an hour of class
• Bring Water
