In a Dru Meditation class you will practice gentle, flowing yoga movements, relaxation and breathing techniques which lead you naturally into a meditative state. We then explore guided meditation which leads you to a silent space. What makes Dru Meditation so special is that it is so practical and accessible. This course is suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience who wish to deepen their practice. The movements are suitable for all abilities.
