New for 2019 - 6 Week Course Introduction to Dru Yoga
With the option to continue with weekly classes
A gentle flowing style of yoga suitable for:
Beginners or those with health issues
Reducing stress / anxiety/ back pain
Over Fifties

What to bring:
Yoga mat if you have one but I have some spare. Wear comfortable clothes and you will be in bare feet or socks. Bring a cushion and blanket for relaxation if you like. You may also wish to bring a small bottle of water.
