Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We operate a generous 12 hour free cancellation window before your scheduled class start time. However, we understand the unexpected happens, and this membership permits up to 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a 30 day period. After this, a £5 charge will apply for each additional occurrence within the same period.
