We will create a bespoke training programme for you to help you achieve your goals. This will involve a meeting or call to define your goals and understand your training preferences, availability of equipment and fitness levels. You can choose to specialise in a specific skill, build strength or develop your cardio. We can offer programmes based on your gym, or without equipment to work at home. We also offer specialise Olympic Weightlifting programming created by our experienced level 3 BWL coach Lottie Miles.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
