Intro to CrossFit

Over three weeks these 3 x 90minut group sessions this course will teach you proper technique on CrossFit’s fundamental movements. Each session is divided into two parts; a teaching portion where you'll practice performing the movements and a workout where you'll put your skills and fitness to the test. Training in small groups with an experienced coach you’ll improve your fitness and gain the skills needed to progress to our CrossFit Classes. Everyone else on the course will be new to CrossFit as well so you're sure to make some new friends. There is no prerequisite level of fitness for this course, it is suitable for absolutely anyone. You’ll learn and practice the deadlift, several barbell squat variations, lunges, strict-press, bench-press, The Clean & Jerk, The Snatch, pull-up, ring dip, box-jump, kettlebell swing and many other movements that we use regularly in our workouts. You'll get you know your coaches and they will begin to understand your goals and needs.
