3 hour Handbalancing Workshop

Whether you want to achieve or improve your free handstand hold or learn handstand walking this workshop is for you. The session will be lead by Coaches (and handstand aficionados) Rob & Katie. This is a training session not an informational seminar so please show up ready to work hard. The goal is to progress your upside down skills. Specifically we want to develop your ability to hold a static free handstand; this will build a base of strength, proprioception, and balance which will allow you to achieve longer holds and/or master the skill of handstand walking more easily. The pre-requisite is that you can consistently kick-up into a back to wall handstand.
