Wild running retreat, Dorset 2024

Join myself and trail running leader Debbie for a weekend of wild running on our Dorset retreat, including entry into The Maverick Exposure Lights Dark Castle 2024 run on the Saturday late afternoon, a perfect chance to race from the iconic Corfe Castle so this is the perfect opportunity for anyone wishing to check out the ruins up close.

2 nights accommodation at the stunning Norden house, a short walk from Corfe Castle.

A trip to famous Dancing ledge

Entry into The Maverick Exposure Lights Dark Castle  (5 km, 11 km or 15 km). Routes open to all abilities.

Activities including sunrise walks / runs, Foam rolling / mobility and stretching for runners workshops, Marshmallow toasting around the fire pit

A choice of either a Basic blacksmithing experience to make your very own bracelet Or a hour healthlands horse trek

Downtime Saturday afternoon to explore the local area.

All food including a celebration dinner on the Saturday evening, breakfast both mornings, lunch Saturday afternoon & Sunday and snacks pre-race.
