Time out recovery week

Use the recovery week from Elite Conditioning to re-set your mind and body with our “Time out” recovery program.

Monday - Friday we are asking you to free 30 minutes every single day to re-set your mind to stretch out, relax your mind, do some meditation, yoga and journaling to help reset your mind, body and soul.

This program will not be complex or difficult but you will need to be disciplined enough to complete the tasks every day over the 5 days to fully benefit.

You’ll need to schedule the time in to complete the processes and allow this time for you over being reactive and choosing those more pressing events that continue to unfold around you as lockdown lifts.

Every day you’ll have a task for the mind , body and soul to complete including :

1 x Mindset task
1 x Yoga / Pilates based class
1 x Task to benefit and nourish the soul

Yoga Detox and cleanse
Yoga flow to energise
Pilates stretch
Yoga recharge & refresh

All done on recording to complete at a time to suit you.
