These groups are for those who can run / walk 5km and looking to run 10km and includes :
* 6 x 45 minute - 1 1/4 hour sessions
* Walk / run training plan to follow outside the group
* Hydration and Nutritional guidelines and support
* Educational session on technique for safer, injury free running and progression
* Video analysis of foot strike and posture by our technique specialist Leigh
* Promotional item from Elite Conditioning's top recommended running products
* Weekly emails covering topics from pre/post race fuelling, keep healthy and to tips on running in various weather and much more
* Facebook group to help with motivation and support
