Small group training

Small group training for a maximum of 5 people following the current COVID-19 guidance set out for personal trainers in a public space. Bodyweight only exercise class designed to build fitness & strength over the 45 minute session including all new Yoga Shred inspired workouts. The session will include.

Tuesdays:
5 Minute warm up
2 x 5 minute Yoga Shred fat burning focused Tabata
10 minute lower body focus
10 minute core focus
5 minute cool down

Thursdays:
5 Minute warm up
2 x 5 minute Yoga Shred fat burning focused Tabata
10 minute upper body focus
10 minute core focus
5 minute cool down
