Ditch the Diet Drama is a 6-week nutrition coaching and accountability group specifically designed for women who are fed up with fad diets and want to find a sustainable balance in life, nutrition, and exercise. 
 

This course is perfect for those who feel lost in a sea of conflicting health advice, can't enjoy social events due to diet restrictions, or feel their relationship with food is out of control.

 

Over the six weeks, you'll learn to implement healthy habits, understand your eating patterns, eat mindfully, and rebalance your body and mind.

 

*Online workshops will be confirmed in the first session but run weekly at a time defined by the groups and coaches availability.
