Lady Bugs beginners 0-5 km / Beyond bugs
These groups are for beginners looking to run 5km and includes :
* 6 x 45 minute sessions
* Walk / run training plan to follow outside the group
* Hydration and Nutritional guidelines and support
* Educational session on technique for safer, injury free running and progression
* Weekly emails covering topics from pre/post race fuelling, keep healthy and to tips on running in various weather and much more
* Facebook group to help with motivation and support
