Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga

£60 for 5 week term. When you sign up for the whole term you will get a recording of each class to practice at home.

We start Thursday 26th Feb, 1130-1245 Pandy Village Hall 

Option to sign up for pay as you go if you can't make it every week,  1 class pass £15.

Classes help you recover from pregnancy and birth, regain your fitness and strength from the inside out, in a safe and progressive way over the course of several months. You can find some inner calm and connect with your baby while you make friends with other new mums. Having this space for you can throughout early motherhood can help you navigate all the changes and feel stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post c.section right up to your baby is on the move.
