If you are getting back to movement postnatally this class is a great place to start.
The class is designed especially for mums and their non-walking babies, offering a gentle yet effective Pilates-based approach to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild deep core strength postnatally. We’ll progress the exercises gradually throughout the term, always with your recovery and wellbeing in mind.
After class, Nikki usually pops over to Dulcedos Café just across the road — it’s become a lovely post-Pilates tradition for many of the mums, and you’re very welcome to join too!
If you need to miss a class, no problem — you’re welcome to make it up at another one of my classes (space permitting) during the same term, as long as you give 24 hours’ notice.
