A new class: The class will initially run for 3 weeks to see if there is enough interest to run it longer term. If the class becomes full it will remain on the timetable. No class will run on the bank holiday, ( 4th May) hence the 3 week term.
An introduction to using weights, to enable you to feel confident lifting at home or when training alone. Hand weights and bands will be used in this class to work towards muscle growth and all the benefits that come from this. A small group environment, so lots of 1:1 on support, at OptiMum's garden studio. This class is suitable for those who have never tried weights, it's been a while or would like to gain more confidence to use them. It is also suitable for those who have minor injuries, pelvic health issues and need to work in a safe way to strengthen their body.
