You will be asked to fill out a short health screening form before signing up. This will take around 3 minutes. Thank you. This class is for mums and non walking babies. We progress the exercises over the term.This class will be a gentle Pilates approach to reconnecting to your body and deep core muscles postnatally.
After each class Nikki will head over to Dulcedos cafe across the road and many of the mums will often join too. Everyone is welcome. If you can't make a class you are welcome to make the missed session up at any other class I offer over the term ( that has space) as long as 24 hours notice is given .
