Aimed at those looking to begin a resistance training program but don’t know where to start.

We will go over everything from warmup up, the correct technique and scaling of exercises to core control and cooling down.

Over the 6 sessions we will go over the back squat, bench press and the barbell deadlift.

We will build it into a program and you will also have the option to join our regular classes with discounted first month of membership at half price.
